Privacy Scavenger Hunt

We have done with to investigate the state of privacy at university! The purpose of this scavenger hunt is to investigate the state of specific privacy and security matters on at campus. our team works for 4 weeks to complete these activities. following is a record of the progress of our activities.

Private browsing:
                                           We checked different sites with and without private browsing using Mozilla developer edition browser. We also done same thing using chrome while using private browsing the cache and history was not saved.

Encryption:
                             
We held a session and showed an encryption video to students and told them about the worth of the data instead of device and teach them that how to be secure during web suffering. Here is a link to photo gallery:https://flic.kr/s/aHsky3sWi7
Software Updates:
                                                We made a team and asked them to meet people in general lab and ask them to check their software updates and update them if available.

Outdated Operating Systems:
                                                                          We meet with lab assistant and with other students to ask them about how many system in our campus are running outdated operating system such as window xp of red hat, fedora but luckily we don’t found any one.

Privacy Settings:
